BYU University Campus Showcase 2019

Because of weather concerns, the Campus Showcase will be moved to Wednesday, June 5th.

Due to the great turnout we have seen in past years, a few things have changed for this year. Registration will be done online through Eventbrite. The QR code sent via email from Eventbrite will be scanned at the entrance for the Campus Showcase event. Guests need to be sure that they have a paper or electronic copy of this QR code on the day of the event. In past years, one grand prize has been drawn. This year, guest registration will automatically enter them into a drawing for the grand prize. Additionally, each booth will have an independent drawing which the guests can enter by visiting the respective booth. We suggest that guests bring a few business cards to use as a drawing ticket. A shuttle service will begin pick-up at 11:30am at the East side of IT Building, proceed to the South entrance of the MTC and North of the Life Science Building and drop off at the Hinckley Center. The return shuttle from the Hinckley Center will be at 1:00pm.
